Before the incident

This injury occurred in the spring with at home remedy like ice & wrist splint it resolved. Had a break from keeping during time off now 2+ months back at work the injury is back.

What happened

Not a specific event but the result of repetitive tasks such as taking shoveling maneuvering heavy loads & driving the ditch witch most likely culprit as this machine requires a lot of fine motor movement in my left wrist hand.
