What happened

EE was working inside a truck on door #2 waiting on his turn to help load round table on a pallet. Pallet was already on the floor when it was he turned he did not notice that the pallets had broken wood sticking to the side and on that wood nail was sticking out as he and another employee were placing the round table on the pallet he stepped on the nail. Nail penetrated his shoes puncturing the bottom of his R foot.
