What happened

Associate alleges I was cleaning up a case with Dr. [REDACTED] (middle finger exploration) the tip of the [REDACTED] was sticking out of the wire driver and as I reached for something the doctor asked for I felt the wire catch my forearm. When I took my gown off I noticed that it had broken through the skin. I immediately washed the area and contacted the charge Nurse and associate health.
