just finished changing patient and covering patient up and while reaching with left hand for the blanket lost balance and back of hand hit bump the rail and with pressure the hand went inward.

I was doing my rounds and while turning a patient I hit bumped my hand on the rail of the patient 's bed while reaching to pull the sheets over the patient. My hand wrist was bent inwards with some weight pressure added on.
