Before the incident

Standing on the north side of the stacker table exit positioning the crane in preparation of moving steel sheet sitting on the end of the B&K stacker table exit.

What happened

As he positioned the crane he pressed the north trolley button instead of the east trolley button and was caught between the trolley and the north stacker arm assembly.
