EE reported an injury that happened [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] at the bonded core line. EE states that when he went to pull back an offset pressure plate a door came on the belt and caught his hand causing some injury to three of his fingers on his right hand. EE has some abrasions (minor scrapes) to his index and pinky finger and also has blood blisters on his middle finger. EE stated that he was wearing his PPE at the time of the incident. Med Core was contacted. EE was seen by Concentra and reassured nothing major happened to the affected area.
