Before the incident

Assisting a special needs guest transferring between aisle chair and wheelchair

What happened

Agent needed to provide extra support to guest as they had no control of legs and required agent to bend over to maintain control of guest 's legs to prevent guest from falling to side during aisle chair movement through aircraft. While being bent over agent began to feel pain and needed to solicit help from guest 's traveling companion to aide in the transfer of the guest back into the guests normal wheelchair.
