Before the incident

The Team Member was doing their checks and went to retrieve an empty rack.

What happened

Team Member was moving an empty rack from behind the line by the cardboard cage to the Pick and Place. As the Team Member was passing by the Checkweigher the rack caught the edge of one of the pillars and stopped suddenly causing the Team Member to collide with the rack with their head. The Team Member didn 't realize they were injured or bleeding until they went to wipe sweat from their forehead and noticed the blood on the sleeve of their smock. The Team Member immediately called out to the [REDACTED] and walked over closer to her by the cardboard cage so she could hear him. The [REDACTED] instructed the Team Member to stay in place and immediately paged for the Supervisor.
