THE INJURED ALLEGED THAT WHILE HE WAS LOADING A TRAILER WITH A PALLET JACK HE WAS NOT AWARE THAT THE LIFTGATE OF THE TRAILER AND THE RAMP WERE NOT ADJUSTED TO WHICH THE PALLET JACK BUMPED CAUSING THE BATTERY COVER TO POP OPEN INJURING HIS LEFT ARM.
