Employee was loading a route.

Employee was loading an diesel exhaust onto a trailer. As he approached the trailer the associate walked into the rear of the trailer. This caused (as the employee stated) the exhaust dropped onto his shoulder. In looking at the video it appears that the exhaust pushes against his shoulder. In talking to the witness he stated that the exhaust was rested on the employees should at the time of incident.
