At approximately [REDACTED] while putting away a pallet in aisle 10a18a2 [REDACTED] wear pulling the wrap off the pallet when something got in his eye. He did not initially report this to anyone in the leadership team. The issue was noticed by several associates over the course of 2 hour until it was noticed by the safety training manager when [REDACTED] requested to go home early because of his eye burning.
