What happened

EE was walking up the stairwell to the lunchroom and slipped on a step-cover causing the EE to fall hitting nose and eye on the steps. It is noted that the EE had a pre-existing wound with stitches to the bridge of the nose from a medical procedure days prior to this incident. The abrasion contusion to the nose caused the pre-existing wound to open further.
