Cleaning a bottom of a bundle.

[REDACTED] A was tasked to do epoxy and trunk area cleaning at the bottom of the bundle. While in the process of performing this task [REDACTED] A rotated the bundle to clean other areas. After the bundle stopped moving [REDACTED] A was located underneath the bundle and proceeded to apply zip tides to the black bands. Due to the bundle rotation some sitting dust had fallen into [REDACTED] A’s right eye causing irritation. Employee was wearing safety glasses.
