What happened

EE stepped with right foot between two pallets at the location to get closer to the boxes to pick up. When EE stepped backwards foot caught between the two pallets and tripped over an empty box that was left sitting in front of the pallet. EE heard a pop in the right knee EE tripped but did not fall.
