What happened

Resident with altered mental status got out of wheelchair and started walking down hall. Resident started to fall forward when EE caught the resident. Associate was pushed up against the wall and railing. EE felt pain in her lower back and buttocks. Associate was driven to [REDACTED] by the facility van driver.
