What happened
The employee was adjusting the outrigger of a [REDACTED] deck in [REDACTED] C. As the employee pushed the outrigger forward he felt a ?pop? in his left leg. MRI conducted on 2 21 25 shows ruptured Achilles tendon. On 2 26 25 doctor visit worker was restricted to not perform any work and is being referred to see an orthopedic specialist. Surgery occurred 3 12 25.
