[REDACTED] picked up a box of parts and was walking to place them on the line. She caught her pant leg on a cotter pin that was sticking out of cart. When her pant leg caught it threw her off balance and she tripped and fell on her left side. [REDACTED] felt pain radiating up her left left immediately upon falling.
