Preparing to deposit sand into roll-off dumpster

What happened

Employee was preparing to deposit sand into waste sand roll-off subsequently employee noticed material had already been deposited into roll-off without a bag counter to procedure. Employee exited forklift and opened the roll-off to remove the material inside and bag the roll-off. After bagging the roll-off the employee went to close the single-hinge door and pinched his finger in the door of the roll off
