Trying to push the skid pan away with his hands to avoid hitting the support of the hose rack attached to the hand rail.

As the skid pan was turning the employee put is hands on the skidpan coming towards him trying to push it away getting his left pinky finger caught between an angle iron structural support and the skid pan.
