Team member was outside talking when another team member went to drive off in the Tow motor. either of them realized he was standing on banding the was wrapped up in the forklift driving away. He got his feet swept out from under him causing him to fall to the ground. Team member scrapped his left knee hurt his left forearm trying to catch himself and bumped his head.
