What happened

A pump needed to be removed from the retort 2K tank. When the pump was being transported from the 2K tank between retort 28 and 29 on a pallet jack it rolled off and crushed the left pinky finger between the pump and a pipe on retort 28. The pump rolled off because the pallet jack got stuck between retort 28 and 29.
