EE WENT TO CLOSE SEAMER DOOR. HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE BASE OF THE MOTOR. HE HIT HIS SHIN ON THE BASE AND SUSTAINED A LACERATION ON HIS RIGHT SHIN. EE SOUGHT MEDICAL TREATMENT AND RECEIVED ELEVEN (11) STITCHES.
