What happened
The IE entered the [REDACTED] freezer to reset the safety pull cable and as they were stepping down from the bridge that covers the belt they slipped on ice on the floor. The IE landed on the right side of their back and their side when they fell and their right leg slid under the carousel as well. The IE stated that they were experiencing a lot of pain when breathing over the weekend so the IE 's TL had them call Axiom who suggested that they go to the ER immediately.
