Before the incident

Team member (TM) was pulling a cart backwards to the hardware area to deliver cut weather strip. The team members foot caught on the ergonomic matting in the area and they started to fall backwards while continuing to hold on to the cart. Another team member saw they were falling and grabbed the cart to stop the TM from hitting the ground completely. In the process of falling the team member pulling the cart got a foot caught under the support of the cart and tweaked their ankle. As the day progressed they started to have a sore lower back and shoulders.
