Before the incident

EE was working as operator at #4 moulder running flat jams when he felt some abdominal discomfort while lift and rolling material into staging position. He did not report it immediately but felt some discomfort over [REDACTED] break as well as noted a visual lump bulge above the EE belly button. The EE states that there is increased discomfort if there is pressure on the lump. ; ; 1 8 24 - received supporting paperwork to move Initial Report to an I&I as the EE was placed on restrictions on [REDACTED]. Further evaluation may require MRI surgical intervention secondary to a hernia.
