Before the incident

EE works in Casement Frames and was cutting a married wood & metal component when experience a foreign body debris in left eye. The EE was taken to the first aid station and rinsed several times. The witnesses were not able to see any debris. EE was seen at an Urgent Care for the foreign body where the EE was examined and provided an eye drop prescription. EE was given a release to return to duty immediately without restrictions. EE reported back to work to complete shift.
