Employee was operating Box Machine. She went over to the cabin station to help assist. She picked up a box of wood and something in the back of her hand popped.

Injury or illness

Employee saw a doctor on 6 15 X-ray showed a potential fracture CT scan to confirm was scheduled. She received a one handed restriction until follow up visit on 6 28. 6 28 No fracture released to full duty.
