What happened

I was loading up a box containing my office stuff that was packed while I was on STD. My last box I picking up I heard to pops in my back and was not able to complete this task. I had to wait outside of my car that was parked at the entrance or loading area of the Women 's [REDACTED] until someone to come by to finish the task. Injury was my lower back.
