What happened

Employee was pulling the food cart down the hall and she felt something hit the back of her leg and she turned around and looked down and the door had fallen off the cart and fell onto her. Then employee started to feel something warm and asked for help. The nurse came to help employee and pulled up the leg of her pants that 's when employee saw the cut
