Before the incident

Employee was doing a size change on Line#13 and moving from the bottom to the top of the tower frequently.

What happened

The employee was getting dehydrated after doing the size change. The employee went to the breakroom to cool off and get water. After the employee cooled off the employee went back to Line#13 to check on things and that’s when the employee was under heat stress.
