What happened

[REDACTED] was walking from his work truck to his personal vehicle near the exit of pit 3. He tripped over something and fell scraping his left shin and knee the left side of his face and under his right eye. After finding video from [REDACTED] 's truck he tripped on the concrete pad where there is a small lip from the gravel. I attached the video to this report.
