What happened

On [REDACTED] while doing my job on gate 9 I used the hook to pull tires down and because it was so many stacked behind all the tires fell on me and I hurt myself. Now the way they 're stacked if you pull them every time they fall. We want them to be stacked in a line instead of on top of each other.
