What happened

Employee walked between the bumper guard and the pallet rider. While standing between them he noticed that the handle of the rider he was standing in front of was left in the coast position so he decided to rectify it. While correcting the issue he moved the throttle causing the rider to move forward and his feet were smashed between the two objects.
