Job: Replace a 1 2 inch 90 degree CPVC schedule 80 fitting. Production team neutralized the acid. Maintenance [REDACTED] LD cut the pipe above the 90 degree fitting. Maintenance [REDACTED] Ld received partially neutralized acid spray on neck skin. Maintenance [REDACTED] Ld did not flush the line as instructed. Immediately went to wash shower to remove. Clothes changed. Sent to Urgent Care for skin redness.

Neck redness. No blisters or broken skin.-Antibiotic ointment was treatment.

Diluted sulphuric acid.
