Associate was standing next to the hacks on a kiln car under a fan When the brick dust sand blew off of the brick and into her face and got in her eye She then washed her eye out and went back to work Her eye felt irritated that [REDACTED] after removing her contacts The [REDACTED] her eye was irritated and it stings when she moves her eye as if there was still sand dust in her eye Her eye was also blood shot red from the sand dust
