Employee was in process of loading carpet roll from lift table to blank cutter.

What happened

As the employee used the lift table the roll of carpet slid down platform to load position the material handler then went to feed the carpet into clamps. The carpet did not line up so the material handler pulled and tugged on the roll to get it to line up properly causing the incident.
