Employee was attempting to cut off a zip tie that holds the lid to our storage totes shut

What happened

Employee was standing in our backroom- attempting to cut the zip tie off one of our storage totes from our warehouse delivery. He put the knife in the loop of the zip tie- proceeded to apply pressure to cut zip tie- the knife slipped and cut his for arm.
