He was slicing meat normally had something near him that got in the way while he was slicing the meat.

What happened

The cut on [REDACTED] finger on his left hand was caused from the meat slicer in deli. Employee was slicing meat as normal- he had something near him that got in the way item unknown and he reached out to grab it while blade was running and he cut his finger- it took out a small chunk and started bleeding pretty bad.
