What happened

Two Grease Maintenance EEs were removing a [REDACTED] from restaurant. As they were putting it on a dolly the tank shifted and fell to the ground. A piece of stainless steel on exterior of tank struck [REDACTED] on back of right elbow causing a gash that needed stitches.
