lifting a full aisles online tote on a stack. the stack was 3 totes tall and she was putting a fourth one on there. it was full.

What happened

While she was lifting the tote on the top of the stack- she felt a twinge in her right shoulder. She didn 't think anything of it at the time. Over time it started to bother her. Especially today.
