Before the incident

Employee was working on the out bound dock. Stacking totes onto dollies to be shipped to the store level.

Several employees noted a burning or electrical smell in the dock area- the source or which we have not yet identified. [REDACTED] began coughing and having trouble breathing. He was red in the face and shaking due to coughing- he claims it felt like the top of his lungs were being squeezed
