What happened

A guest at the wedding venue knocked over a beer bottle that was sitting on the counter- [REDACTED] went to clean up the spilt bottle broken glass. As she went to do so- she slipped on the liquid and stuck her hands out to catch herself. Her left had was then impaled by a large chunk of the glass. Employee was notified that she left the venue since she cut her hand but wasn 't notified that she sought medical attention until today [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] received 11 stitches in her left hand.
