Before the incident

Employee dropped the holding tray- and employee caught it. Tray slide along thumb causing laceration from edge of tray.

What happened

Employee emptied the tray into the bucket- and then was moving to another bucket to finish emptying the item- and while moving the item the tray slipped out of her hand. At this time the tray slice and the edge lacerated her right thumb with a 1 cut.
