walking into the building to start work

What happened

while walking into the building height level of walkway changed to upward elevation left foot caught edge of concrete causing a trip that sent her body in forward motion down onto left side of face- shoulder- elbow breaking her glasses completely small cuts on left side of face and bridge of nose. Later while working her arm began to hurt more so then she went to urgent care then sent to the emergency room.
