Assisting patient from bed to wheelchair.

What happened

Transferring pt from wheelchair to bed pts daughter stabilized wheelchair while employee and co-worker moved the patient. Once pt was in standing position all of her wt shifted to employee none to co-worker. Pt 's feet started slipping. Pts sone was called to assist to prevent pt falling.
