Before the incident

The injury occurred while unloading a transmission using a pallet jack Due to the pallet being too small to fit under the jack properly the transmission was placed on top of the jack During this process it rolled forward and struck the drivers right foot impacting the toe Initially the injury seemed minor but after continuing work and later assessing the toe it appeared that the condition had worsened
