[REDACTED] Miquirray states that at 19:38 he was selecting ship pallet 313046. He was at slot 45-2042 and the cases were at the back of the pallet. He says he jumped up onto the pallet in the 2 slot with his upper body so he could grab a case because they were out of reach. When he landed back on the ground he said he felt his back tense up and he felt pain in the middle of his back. He came up to the office immediately and reported injury.
