Per associate he was bending down on Isle slot 560411 to pick product for S662105 when he hurt his knee. He states he bended down with his right knee on the floor and the left knee raised as support. He reached for product in the slot and once he was trying to get up he used his left leg as support and he states he heard a pop on his knee and felt like it shifted. He tried to keep on pulling but states that the pain would not let him. He stopped and came to the office to report the incident at 01:03am.
