Before the incident

EE was attempting to measure the lay flat of an in-process film roll on Winder [REDACTED]. While attempting to measure the lay flat the tape measure (metal tape & retractable) it got caught on the film roll causing the EE to drop the tape measure into the Winder roller. When EE dropped the tape measure the metal tape portion of the tape measure caught on their left hand.

What happened

When EE dropped the tape measure the metal tape portion of the tape measure caught on their left hand causing lacerations to their left middle ring and pinky fingers.
