What happened

THE SCRAP PARTS WERE IN A HALF CRATE AND THE CRATE WAS ELEVATED TO THE PARTS OUT NAND INTO THE SCRAP BIN EASIER. THE HALF CRATE BECAME UNBALANCED DUE TO REMOVING PARTS ON ONE SIDE AND THE CRATE TIPPED OFF THE FORKS AND STRUCK HER HAND.
